With reference to the sector to which Advertisers may belong, the following types of products/services are a priori to be excluded from the plans intervening on the Audioboost Market Place, by way of example but not limited to:

• eros and/or pornography (globally);
• tobacco (only in countries where expressly prohibited);
• Pharmaceutical products other than over-the-counter products  (globally)
• weapons  (globally);
• alcoholic beverages (only in countries where expressly prohibited);
• games or bets (only in countries where expressly prohibited).

It is understood between the Parties that all advertisements that are expressly prohibited under applicable regulations are also expressly excluded. In any case, Audioboost agrees as of now to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any and all direct or indirect damages, claims, costs, charges or expenses (including legal) that may arise to the Publisher from Audioboost’s choice of Advertisers.
